This week's episode is about some thoughts on sex and how we come to our perspective on the topic. The episode contains some information around sexual violence and I know that's a topic that demands sensitivity and so if that's triggering for you, please skip this one.
This is the episode that was scheduled to come right after the episode on identity and self-esteem (Episode 80 - Rating Yourself) but as you probably know, the past couple of weeks have been quite challenging and not as planned at all for me and my family.
